2. Shipping origin

Nova Pure orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers or international logistics centers, including suppliers located in China.

This allows us to offer competitive prices and free tracked shipping.

3. Delivery timeframe

The estimated delivery time for Spain is 7 to 14 business days from the moment the order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, logistical issues, high demand, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping method

Orders are shipped using standard tracked shipping.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can check the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping costs

Tracked shipping is free on all orders placed through Nova Pure.

No additional standard shipping costs will be applied at checkout, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for entering all shipping details correctly when placing the order.

Nova Pure is not responsible for delays, incidents, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, you must contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

7. Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, our team will review the case and handle the corresponding claim with the shipping carrier.

To assist you, we may request photos of the package, the product received, or any information needed to open the claim.
